How to get rid of Stretch Marks

A major beauty fact which many women worry during their Pregnancy is Stretch Marks. Obviously, Pregnancy Stretches our belly's skin, breasts & thighs. Except Stretch Marks most of the skin conditions seen in pregnancy will disappear after delivering our cutie to this world.

Human Skin will not bounce back to its original state if its been overly stretched, Instead it decorates itself by the form of scary Stretch Marks. It often starts looking reddish / purplish / brownish depending on the skin tone and then become glossy, then to be streaked in silver or white.

This happens mainly due to marks occur in the dermis, the elastic middle layer of skin that allows it to retain its shape. When constantly stretched, the dermis can break down, leaving stretch marks.

Though we can't avoid these, it's best to treat them as early as possible when they start showing up. It's very crucial to moisturize hence our skin becomes more supple and better able to stretch when it's well hydrated.

So,

  • Start Moisturizing 3 or 4 times a day
  • Use products with cocoa butter as a main ingredient
  • Drink enough fluids to hydrate both internal & external body
  • Wheat germ oil helps in early-stage
  • Over-the-counter treatments are available, but are usually of little benefit
  • Many women swear Vitamin oil or Cream does little to prevent
  • Stretch Marks are not harmful to health but prevention is better than cure

So start moisturizing before your bump starts to show as this will strengthen the skin to hopefully prevent permanent scarring. I have started moisturizing have you??????
